49ers practice and media schedule leading to Week 4 matchup vs. Cardinals
The San Francisco 49ers will hold four full practices this week as the team prepares for its Week 4 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan, defensive coordinator Steve Wilks, offensive line/run game coordinator Chris Foerster, and quarterback Brock Purdy are scheduled to speak with the media. The 49ers will make the press conferences available at 49ers.com, on the team's official mobile app, and YouTube page.

Brandon Aiyuk on hand for 49ers' Monday practice
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk is on hand for Monday's bonus practice. It's the first of four practices this week, as the team is coming off a long weekend following its Thursday night win over the New York Giants. Coaches and players had the weekend off.

49ers roster moves: RB Jeremy McNichols signed to practice squad, TE Troy Fumagalli released
The San Francisco 49ers have signed RB Jeremy McNichols to the team's practice squad and released TE Troy Fumagalli.
The 49ers Communications staff provided the following rundown.
McNichols (5-9, 205) was originally drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fifth round (162nd overall) of the 2017 NFL Draft. Throughout his five-year NFL career with the Buccaneers, San Francisco 49ers (2017), Indianapolis Colts (2018), Jacksonville Jaguars (2019) and Tennessee Titans (2020-21), he has appeared in 34 games and registered 90 carries for 364 yards (4.0 average) and one touchdown on the ground to go along with 40 receptions for 295 yards (7.4 average) and one touchdown through the air. Deebo Samuel to miss another practice ahead of 49ers vs. Cardinals
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel continues to miss practices. He didn't participate in Monday's bonus session, and head coach Kyle Shanahan revealed that the offense's do-everything player won't participate in Wednesday's practice.
The coach informed reporters that Samuel is working through rib and knee injuries. Following last Thursday night's game against the New York Giants, the 49ers feared Samuel may have sustained a serious rib injury. However, further examination revealed no break, and the receiver was just sore in the days after the game.
The knee injury is a new update.
