According to FOX Sports reporter Alex Marvez, Atlanta Falcons defensive backs coach Tim Lewis is leaving to become the new defensive backs coach for the San Francisco 49ers.
Lewis has been with the Falcons since 2010. He has also spent time with the Seattle Seahawks, Carolina Panthers, New York Giants, and Pittsburgh Steelers.
He played cornerback for the Green Bay Packers, who picked him with the 11th overall selection in the 1983 NFL Draft.
