Davis suffered a concussion during week 11's game against the New York Giants.
Bowman will not practice
Harbaugh also stated that linebacker NaVorro Bowman will continue to rehab this week and will not practice with the team.
Bowman is recovering from a torn ACL and MCL suffered in last season's NFC Championship game.
