The official San Francisco 49ers website changed their design for the second time this year. Their last design was criticized by fans for the look and for being too difficult to navigate through. The new design follows their last news section layout (which used to be located at http://www.49ers.com/pressbox/) which was much more appealing.
While the new layout is an improvement, the sharp transition from gray to white within some of their header backgrounds and navigation background could be smoothed out.
