OL Adam Snyder (knee) suffered a left knee injury during the Week 10 game.

S Mike Adams (neck) suffered a neck injury during the Week 10 game.

RB Frank Gore (concussion) ran for 148 yards in the first half of the Week 10 game, setting a franchise record. Gore finished the game with 159 rushing yards on 22 carries with one touchdown and 14 receiving yards from two receptions. He left the game in the third quarter with a mild concussion and did not return.
