San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle Joe Staley went down with an injury late in the 4th quarter against the St. Louis Rams. Staley could be heard screaming while laying flat on his back on the field.

Both teams gathered around Staley following the injury. However, Staley was able to walk off of the field with a little help.

According to Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area, Staley said "I'm OK" to teammates and was walking on his own power. Numerous team beat writers reported that Staley was seen exiting the X-ray room and walking normally.

One of Joe Staley's goals after retiring was to get into shape. The former San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman made good on that goal and showed off the results via Instagram on Friday, and they are impressive. Staley says he is now a healthy 250 pounds, 50 fewer pounds than his listed playing weight. "When I retired one year ago, I set the goal of losing 50 lbs," Staley wrote via Instagram. "I can happily say I have accomplished my goal and now a healthy 250. Thanks to @onepeloton and @theharvesthoney for keeping [me] focused and on track to accomplish this goal.
