Pro Football Central is reporting that the Philadelphia Eagles will offer free agent defensive lineman, and former San Francisco 49ers player, Ricky Jean Francois a contract and that it is expected to be completed.
Jean Francois was drafted in the seventh round of the 2009 NFL Draft by the 49ers.
