Deebo Samuel responds to Aaron Donald's comments about 49ers-Rams rivalry
By David Bonilla

Defensive tackle Aaron Donald didn't hide his feelings or mince words after being asked about the Los Angeles Rams' division rivals, the San Francisco 49ers.
"I dislike the Niners. Everybody knows that. I don't like the Niners at all," Donald told NFL Network last week. "They don't like us. It's just the rivals. Every time we play, it's a dog fight, and that's how it is. No love at all towards them guys. I really dislike them, and we'll see them twice this year."
Donald's feelings are understandable. After all, the Niners have gotten the best of his Rams in six consecutive regular-season matchups. However, Los Angeles finally snapped the losing streak, beating San

What will the San Francisco 49ers offense be like in 2022? Will it be better or worse than the version helmed by quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo? That was the question asked on Good Morning Football this week.

"He's just still so raw and so inexperienced," Brandt said. "And I also think Jimmy Garoppolo is really good, and he's gone. And I don't think they'll be better than last year. I

NFL preseason games don't mean much to San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan. If it were up to him, he'd replace them with joint practices, feeling those are more beneficial. For rookies, though, preseason games can mean a lot. It's not just an opportunity to showcase yourself. It's a chance to get acclimated to what it's like playing in an NFL game.
The 49ers open their three-game exhibition schedule on Friday against the Green Bay Packers. It's the only preseason game they will play at Levi's Stadium, and rookie running back Ty Davis-Price (prefers Ty versus Tyrion) can't wait.
"I'm looking forward to it, most definitely," Davis-Price told reporters after Wednesday's practice. "First NFL game, I don't know what to expect, to be honest with you. Just
