The Associated Press reports the San Francisco 49ers have signed WR C.J. Brewer to an undisclosed contract. He received an undisclosed signing bonus as part of the deal. He was recently with the Albany Conquest, of Arena League 2 as an offensive specialist. Brewer, currently recovering from a broken collarbone, caught 15 passes for 227 yards and three touchdowns in three games for the Conquest.
According to presstelegram.com, Onye Ibekwe signed a two-year, free agent's contract with the 49ers on Sunday night. He will attend the team's mini-camp in Redwood City this weekend. Ibekwe is 6-foot-6 and 260-pounds. he played for the Long Beach State basketball team and transitioned to tight end to join an NFL club.
KGMB9.com reports the 49ers are interested in undrafted rookie free agent OL Brandon Eaton (Hawaii).

The San Francisco 49ers announced the signing of wide receiver Trent Taylor to a one-year deal, reuniting with the team's former fifth-round draft pick out of Louisiana Tech.
Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area was the first to report that the 49ers were discussing a potential reunion with Taylor. The receiver was part of head coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch's first draft class in 2017 and spent his first four NFL seasons with the team.

The San Francisco 49ers announced that they have signed cornerback Rock Ya-Sin to a one-year deal. He becomes the third cornerback to join the team this offseason. The Niners previously signed free agents Isaac Yiadom and Chase Lucas to one-year deals.
