Dennis Georgatos, writing for the Sporting News, reports San Francisco 49ers linebacker Jeff Ulbrich has been cleared to resume all football-related activities for the first time since suffering a season-ending left biceps tendon tear October 9. Ulbrich has been fully involved in the 49ers' offseason strength and conditioning program. He expects to participate in the team's post-draft minicamp May 5-7.
