Ticket packages start arriving for 49ers season ticket holders

Aug 3, 2012 at 11:32 AM--

Season ticket holders have started reporting that they have received their San Francisco 49ers ticket packages for the 2012 season. If you are a season ticket holder and have not yet received yours, expect them soon.

Tickets are arriving in a black binder labeled "2012 Playbook" in what one 49erswebzone.com forum member describes as, "Easily, the best presentation for seasons tickets in 20 years." The tickets themselves are attached to sheets and can be torn off. One fan reports that the players' photos on the tickets are embossed.

"Jimmy's not going to be playing, so Nick's going to be good to go. He's got all the reps this week, and he's fired up." Starter Jimmy Garoppolo has not practiced this week and isn't expected to do so on Friday as he continues to recover from a high-ankle sprain suffered this past weekend against the New York Jets. Shanahan said the offense wouldn't change for Mullens. It will just be a different guy running his
