Howard Balzer in St. Louis is reporting that the St. Louis Rams, a division rival of the San Francisco 49ers, are one of the teams that has cornerback Carlos Rogers in their sights for free agency.

Rogers, who played extremely well for the 49ers in 2011, is scheduled to become a free agent at 1 PM today.

Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area mentions that Greg Williams drafted him and that Rogers said he liked playing for Williams. However, he also questions if Williams will even be coaching this year (see Saints bounty troubles).
