Freddie Swain recovers the onside kick and essentially guarantees a Seattle victory, as the Seahawks just have to kneel multiple times to win this one. TOUCHDOWN ALERT: Trey Lance finds Deebo Samuel for an eight-yard score and rushes up the middle for the two-point conversion to make the score 28-21. The 49ers need an onside kick to have a chance to tie. On 4th & 10 after an almost-touchdown to George Kittle, Trey Lance maneuvers in the pocket and rushes through the middle for 13 yards to the SEA 8 for another redzone

James Conner gets a four-yard rush on 2nd & 2 to essentially put this game away for the Arizona Cardinals. San Francisco 49ers rookie Trey Lance started the second half of today's divisional matchup against the Seattle Seahawks at Levi's Stadium. Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo suffered a calf injury. After the visiting team jumped to a 21-7 lead, Lance was able to help spark the Niners with a deep 76-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who was running free down the right sideline. Mitch Wishnowsky, kicking for an injured Robbie Gould, missed the extra point. As of this post, San Francisco trails 21-13. You can watch the touchdown play below. Watch: Deebo Samuel forces his way into the end zone during 49ers-Seahawks

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel was able to help get his team within seven points of the visiting Seattle Seahawks late during Sunday's game. Samuel hauled in a pass from rookie quarterback Trey Lance and forced his way into the end zone for an eight-yard touchdown. Lance followed the play by taking the football into the end zone himself for the two-point conversion. At the time of this post, the 49ers trail 28-21. You can watch Samuel's touchdown play below.
