San Francisco 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh remains one of the most sought-after candidates in this year's NFL head coaching cycle. For now, however, his focus is firmly on the 49ers' Divisional Round playoff matchup against the top-seeded Seattle Seahawks.
At least five teams have requested interviews with Saleh for their head-coaching vacancies, but the veteran coach confirmed that none are currently scheduled for this week.
"They're [scheduled] for Sunday," Saleh said.
Still, the situation remains fluid. According to Matt Barrows of The Athletic, Saleh continues to work through his interview schedule, meaning additional conversations could be arranged later in the week if circumstances allow.

The teams reportedly interested in Saleh include the Arizona Cardinals, Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore Ravens, Miami Dolphins, and Tennessee Titans. According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, the Ravens and Titans are the teams currently scheduled to speak with Saleh on Sunday.

Meanwhile, ESPN's Dan Graziano recently projected Saleh as a potential fit for the Las Vegas Raiders' head coaching vacancy following the team's decision to part ways with Pete Carroll after just one season.
Avoiding added distractions makes sense, especially given the 49ers' short week of preparation. San Francisco is coming off a physical Wild Card win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday and now faces a tough road test in Seattle on Saturday night.
Oddsmakers currently have the Seahawks favored by seven points, making this NFC West clash the largest point spread of the Divisional Round.
The 49ers aim to pull off another upset and advance to the NFC Championship Game for the fourth time in five seasons.
