LB Curtis Robinson (returned)
Curtis Robinson, who entered the game after linebacker Tatum Bethune exited, went down late in the third quarter. He was able to jog off the field under his own power.
Luke Gifford briefly replaced Robinson before Robinson returned to the game.
K Eddy Piñeiro (hamstring, questionable)
Eddy Piñeiro appeared to favor his right leg after the third-quarter extra point that followed tight end George Kittle's second touchdown of the game. Punter Thomas Morstead handled the ensuing kickoff.
The 49ers later announced that Piñeiro is questionable to return due to a right hamstring injury.

DE Robert Beal Jr. (concussion, out)
The FOX broadcast announced that Robert Beal Jr. is being evaluated for a concussion. The 49ers later ruled him out for the remainder of the game.
CB Upton Stout (stinger, returned)
Upton Stout exited the game in the second quarter, running off the field while favoring his right arm. Chase Lucas stepped in as the 49ers' nickel cornerback.
The 49ers announced Stout as questionable to return due to a shoulder stinger. However, the rookie cornerback returned in the second half.
LB Tatum Bethune (ankle, questionable)
