Aaron Wilson of KPRC2 reports that the San Francisco 49ers are signing two edge rushers—Demone Harris and William Bradley-King—ahead of their joint practice and preseason matchup with the Las Vegas Raiders. Both players worked out for the team on Wednesday, and the signings are expected to become official on Thursday.

The roster moves come as the 49ers deal with a wave of injuries along the defensive line. On Wednesday, San Francisco placed recently-signed defensive end Bradlee Anae on injured reserve. The team is also without several defensive ends who are rehabbing injuries, including Robert Beal Jr. (groin), Sam Okuayinonu (groin), and Mykel Williams (knee).
Meanwhile, Yetur Gross-Matos remains on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list as he continues recovering from a knee injury.
Demone Harris began his NFL career as an undrafted free agent with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2018, later appearing in games for the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans. After briefly retiring in August 2023, Harris returned to sign with the Atlanta Falcons. Over 23 career games, he has recorded 22 tackles (three for loss), four quarterback hits, and two passes defensed.
William Bradley-King entered the league as a seventh-round pick of the Washington Commanders in 2021. He later spent time with the New England Patriots in 2023 and the Miami Dolphins in 2024. In four career games, Bradley-King has tallied seven tackles and 0.5 sacks.
With the 49ers' defensive end depth tested by injuries, Harris and Bradley-King could get immediate opportunities to prove themselves in preseason action—starting with Saturday's game against the Raiders at Allegiant Stadium.
