The Falcons selected Grant (6-0, 200) out of UCF in the second round (No. 40 overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft. Last season, Grant registered 14 tackles (two for a loss) and two passes defensed over 17 game appearances (one start) with the Falcons. He played only 15% of the team's defensive snaps, according to Pro Football Reference, but made a significant impact on special teams, logging 78% of the snaps with that unit.
Grant, 27, played 100% of the defensive snaps in 2022 and 83% in 2023. Over those two seasons, he amassed 226 tackles, three interceptions, three sacks, and 13 passes defensed.
Through four NFL seasons, Grant has totaled 275 tackles (10 for a loss), six quarterback hits, three sacks, 17 passes defensed, three interceptions, and four forced fumbles in 67 game appearances (33 starts).
