The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 5 contest against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Cornerback Charvarius Ward and linebacker Dre Greenlaw returned to practice after sitting out Wednesday's session.

Running back Christian McCaffrey and tackle Trent Williams returned to the practice field after each received a veteran day off.
