The Indianapolis Colts are signing former San Francisco 49ers defensive end Samson Ebukam to a three-year deal worth up to $27 million, per ESPN's Adam Schefter and Jeremy Fowler. Ebukam is an unrestricted free agent.

The Los Angeles Rams made Ebukam (6-3, 245) a fourth-round selection (No. 125 overall) out of Eastern Washington in 2017. He registered a career-high five sacks to go along with his 36 tackles, seven tackles for a loss, 13 quarterback hits, a pass defensed, and a forced fumble through 15 starts with the 49ers last season, per Pro Football Reference.
Ebukam, 27, has recorded 203 tackles, 23.5 sacks, eight passes defensed, an interception, a touchdown, and eight forced fumbles in 96 game appearances (61 starts) through his six NFL seasons with the Rams and 49ers.
