In the third quarter, the 49ers ruled out offensive lineman
Colton McKivitz with a knee injury. McKivitz was filling in for left tackle Trent Williams, who suffered a high-ankle sprain in Week 3 against the Denver Broncos.
Jaylon Moore entered the game for McKivitz following the injury.
DL Arik Armstead (foot, out)
In the fourth quarter, the 49ers announced that defensive lineman
Arik Armstead is ruled out of the remainder of the game due to a foot injury. Armstead missed the team's Week 3 contest against the Denver Broncos due to plantar fasciitis in his right foot.

Wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk felt good enough to practice on Monday despite missing the 49ers' Week 3 game against the New York Giants due to a shoulder injury.
Aiyuk was limited during Wednesday's practice.

As expected, the 49ers listed wide receiver Deebo Samuel as "questionable" for this weekend's game. Samuel is working through rib and knee injuries. The team listed wide receiver Jauan Jennings as "doubtful." He is dealing with a shin injury.
"I think his rib feels good," head coach Kyle Shanahan said after Friday's practice. "I think that's not a problem for him. Just had to stay off his legs most of this week to get some of the soreness out of his knee, and he was able to go some today for the first time, so that gives him a chance there for Sunday."
