It sounds like Bobby Turner is not expected to be the San Francisco 49ers' running backs coach in 2022. One user noticed that his coaching profile was removed from the team's official website and asked Matt Barrows of The Athletic if the 72-year-old coach was retiring.
"No word on whether Turner is retiring," Barrows responded. "However, he's not expected to be SF's RBs coach in 2022. He missed the 2014 season after having surgery on his knees. He's having something similar this year."

Update: Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area confirms that Turner is stepping away from the 49ers coaching staff.
Turner has spent the past 27 years coaching NFL running backs, serving in that role with the 49ers for the last five seasons. Kyle Shanahan brought him over from the Atlanta Falcons upon being hired as San Francisco's head coach. The two also worked together with the now-Washington Commanders.
In Denver, Turner served as the running backs coach for Kyle Shanahan's father, Mike, helping the Broncos win two Super Bowl championships (XXXII, XXXIII).
In Turner's 15 seasons with the Broncos, the team was among the NFL's top five in rushing 10 times. San Francisco's 2,166 rushing yards in 2021 ranked seventh in the league, and its 22 rushing touchdowns tied for fifth.
