On Monday, San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan spoke to reporters via a conference call and revealed that the following players have landed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Shanahan provided the following injury updates from Sunday's Week 17 win over the Houston Texans.
T Trent Williams is dealing with an elbow sprain, which the team will manage throughout the week.
LB Marcell Harris is dealing with a stinger.
The 49ers coach added that cornerback Emmanuel Moseley (ankle) and linebacker Dre Greenlaw (groin) both have a chance to play during Sunday's regular-season finale against the Los Angeles Rams. Moseley has been on injured reserve since December 11.
Shanahan expects to have defensive lineman Maurice Hurst (calf), wide receiver Mohamed Sanu (knee), and safety Tavon Wilson (foot) back at practice on Wednesday. The latter two are currently on injured reserve and would need to be activated before that can happen.
