The San Francisco 49ers return home following back-to-back road games as they host the Atlanta Falcons at Levi's Stadium. San Francisco owns the overall series record of 47-32-1 versus Atlanta and is 28-12 at home. The 49ers look to improve to 2-1 against the Falcons at Levi's Stadium.

The 49ers are coming off a 26-23 overtime road victory over the Cincinnati Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium. On offense, tight end George Kittle finished the game with 13 receptions for 151 yards and one touchdown. He became the first tight end in NFL history to register 150-or-more receiving yards and one touchdown in back-to-back games. Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo completed 27-of-41 passing attempts for 296 yards and two touchdowns. Making his return to the lineup, wide receiver Deebo Samuel hauled in one catch for 22 yards while adding eight carries for 37 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk added six receptions for 62 yards and one touchdown, scoring the game-winner in overtime on a 12-yard pass from Garoppolo.

Defensively, the 49ers finished with 5.0 sacks on the day, marking the most by the team in a single game since November 24, 2019, versus the Green Bay Packers (5.0 sacks). Defensive end Nick Bosa registered three tackles and 2.0 sacks of Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow. Linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair and cornerback K'Waun Williams brought down Burrow, with defensive ends Samson Ebukam and Arden Key splitting a sack and Ebukam adding one forced fumble on the play.

The San Francisco 49ers are hosting several draft prospects this week as the deadline for pre-draft visits draws near. According to Aaron Wilson of KPRC2, the team will host former Western Kentucky wide receiver Malachi Corley on Wednesday. Corley is expected to be a Day 2 pick. San Francisco owns two selections on Day 2—the No. 63 overall pick in the second round and the No. 94 overall pick in the third round. Currently, the receiver is visiting with the Seattle Seahawks. Brandon Aiyuk must really need that new contract. The San Francisco 49ers wide receiver took on an offseason job as an Applebee's employee while awaiting news about his NFL future. Well, not exactly. It was actually part of the series "Undercover Athlete" from Whistle, promoting the new "Whole Lotta Bacon Burger."
