Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo completed 15 of 19 attempts (78.9 percent) for 182 yards, two touchdowns, and a passer rating of 141.7.
Safety Jimmie Ward registered two tackles and two interceptions of Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford in the first quarter, returning one for a 27-yard touchdown. Ward recorded his first multi-interception game and the second pick-six of his career. Defensive end Nick Bosa notched one tackle and one sack on the night. Defensive end Arden Key finished the game with two tackles and one sack.
