The San Francisco 49ers plan to meet with former Arizona Cardinals and Baltimore Ravens safety Tony Jefferson, per Josina Anderson.
The Cardinals signed Jefferson as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma in 2013. He signed with the Ravens in 2017.
Jefferson, 29, has not played since Week 5 in 2019 when he suffered a torn ACL, ending his season. He finished the season with 21 tackles and three passes defensed. The Ravens released the defender on February 14, 2020.
Jefferson has registered 451 tackles, 33 tackles for a loss, 8.5 sacks, 22 passes defensed, four interceptions, a touchdown, and eight forced fumbles through his seven NFL seasons, per Pro Football Reference.
