Tickets arrive for season ticket holders

Longtime 49erswebzone.com member, 49erJim, reports that season tickets have started to arrive today. 49ers fans who have season tickets should keep an eye out for theirs over the next few days.

The theme this season appears to be "Put your Game Face On" and features the popular Patrick Willis ads that have been seen on 49ers.com.

The San Francisco 49ers are off today. The team returns to the practice field tomorrow. Anyone that follows the team even somewhat closely knows that second-year quarterback Trey Lance has had an up and down training camp. That was to be expected. This offseason is his first taking the majority of the quarterback snaps. Plus, Lance is going against what many expect to be one of this season's top defenses and has had starters in and out of the offense while doing so. They may not have been a lock for an NFC Championship Game appearance without their steady game manager, but the season probably wouldn't have been a flop with rookie Trey Lance under center. The reason for that is the level of talent on the roster. The team was loaded with playmakers on both sides of the football. A case could be made that Lance should have played more. The then-21-year-old quarterback, more than anything, needed reps—more than the two starts he got filling in for an injured Garoppolo. He entered the NFL with just 17 collegiate starts under his belt and only 318 passes
