The San Francisco 49ers were already without wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who exited Sunday's matchup against Washington after the team's first offensive play of the game. He has since been ruled out.
Now, the team may be without star linebacker Fred Warner for the remainder of the game.
According to the 49ers VP of Communications, the third-year defender was examined for a head injury but cleared. However, he is also being evaluated for a neck/shoulder injury and has been listed as "questionable" to return.
