San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel exited Sunday's game against Washington after the team's first offensive play of the game — a nine-yard run that ended with him running out of bounds.
According to the 49ers' VP of Communications, Samuel has been listed as "questionable" to return due to a hamstring injury.

The broadcast showed Samuel on the sideline and announcers commented that the receiver didn't look like he is returning to the game anytime soon. That would be a tough loss for a 49ers roster that has been devastated all season by injuries. The second-year receiver has already missed six full games this season.
Update: Samuel has been ruled "out."
