49ers-Cardinals Injury Report: Deebo Samuel, Jason Verrett ruled out; Brandon Aiyuk questionable

The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 1 contest against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The team issued its first player game-status report for the season.

Wide receiver Deebo Samuel did not practice on Friday and has not practiced with the 49ers this offseason since suffering a Jones fracture in June. Samuel is listed as "out" for Sunday.

Wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk (hamstring), center Ben Garland (ankle), and others returned to practice this week. Both have been listed as "questionable" for Sunday.
