Both cornerback K'Waun Williams and defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw returned to practice for the San Francisco 49ers on Monday. That is good news for the former's availability for Week 1 against the Arizona Cardinals. The defensive back had missed time after suffering a Grade 1 calf strain earlier this month.

Offensive tackle Trent Williams, who was seen dealing with some discomfort on Sunday, did not practice. Linebacker Dre Greenlaw did not practice on Sunday and was once again absent on Monday.
The 49ers announced that linebacker Fred Warner has been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
