The San Francisco 49ers have expressed interest in Temple linebacker Shaun Bradley, according to Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area. The team reportedly met with the draft prospect at the NFL Scouting Combine in February and has reached out to set up a video interview.

The 2020 NFL Draft begins on Thursday night.

Bradley played four seasons with the Owls and racked up 249 tackles, 22 for a loss, two sacks, three interceptions, a score, and five passes defensed in his final three years. He had a career-high 86 tackles as a senior in 2019.

At the NFL Scouting Combine, the 6-foot-1 and 235-pound Bradley had a 40-time of 4.51 seconds, a vertical jump of 32.5 inches, a broad jump of 121 inches, completed the three-cone drill in 77 seconds, 14 reps in the bench press, and a 20-yard shuttle time of 4.24 seconds. Other measurables for Bradley include an arm length of 31 3/4 inches and hands that measure 9 1/2 inches.

NFL.com projects Bradley to be a sixth- or seventh-round draft pick.

Below is the NFL.com draft profile bio on Bradley:

Bradley is an athletic linebacker who has become a stalwart for the Owls since his sophomore season. An injury kept him out of the first two games of his freshman year but he ended up making six tackles in 11 games as a reserve. Bradley led the team with 85 tackles (10 for loss, one sack, one interception) in 2017, starting 12 of 13 games played. He started all 13 games as a junior, recording 78 stops (four for loss) and two interceptions -- one returned for a touchdown. Bradley was a second-team All-American Athletic Conference selection in 2019, leading the Owls with 87 tackles, eight for loss, and three pass breakups.

Lance Zierlein of NFL.com wrote the following about Bradley within his scouting report:

Undersized inside linebacker better-suited at the WILL spot in a 3-4, where he can be protected by size around him. He has enough speed and nose for the football to find work on this level, but it may not translate to success in the pros due to his lack of traits and plus speed. He's not twitchy or athletic enough to get away without top-notch instincts and recognition. He's just average in those areas. He loves football. The intangibles and special teams production could give him a shot.
