It looked like the 49ers might take home their sixth Vince Lombardi Trophy when they led 20-10 late in the game. Then a fourth-quarter collapse or a ferocious Chiefs comeback, whichever you prefer to call it, occurred.

The 49ers defense registered two interceptions on the night, with LB Fred Warner and DB Tarvarius Moore each intercepting Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes for their first postseason interceptions of their careers.
San Francisco finished the 2019 postseason with five interceptions. The team's five interceptions this postseason were tied for the 4th-most in a single postseason in franchise history.

FB Kyle Juszczyk registered three receptions for 39 yards and one touchdown. His 15-yard touchdown reception was his first career postseason touchdown.
According to ESPN Stats & Info, Juszczyk became the first FB since ex-49ers FB William Floyd in Super Bowl XXIX to register a receiving touchdown.
According to NFL Research, Juszczyk is the 7th FB to score a touchdown in a Super Bowl and the first since FB Mike Alstott in Super Bowl XXXVII.
RB Raheem Mostert finished the game with 12 carries for 58 yards and one touchdown.
