It's not always easy getting to Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson but San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle DeForest Buckner was the first to do so during Sunday night's much-hyped NFC West showdown. The fourth-year defender brought Wilson down early in the second quarter to end a Seahawks drive.
The 49ers currently lead the Seahawks 10-0 at CenturyLink Field. A win by San Francisco secures home-field advantage throughout the playoffs for the Kyle Shanahan-led squad. A loss would mean starting the playoffs on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles.
