According to Matt Maiocco of the Press Democrat, the following are the San Francisco 49ers' 2008 free agents.

Restricted Free Agents
CB B.J. Tucker - The team may not tender him.
TE Billy Bajema - He will likely receive a low tender from the team.

Unrestricted Free Agent
OG Justin Smiley - He could return to the team if the price is right.
QB Chris Weinke - He is unlikely to return to the team.
CB Donald Strickland - He could get a chance to return to the team.
DL Isaac Sopoaga
WR Michael L. Lewis - He could get another shot at return duties with the team.
QB Shaun Hill - He will likely return to the team and compete for a starting job.
RB Maurice Hicks
OT Kwame Harris - He will likely test the free-agent market.
WR Bryan Gilmore - He would have trouble winning a roster spot if the 49ers re-signed him.
DL Marques Douglas - The 49ers could look to re-sign him.
OG Larry Allen - He is retiring.
