49ers vs. Buccaneers: Nick Bosa, Mike Evans, and Devin White will play

As expected, fans will see a healthy dose of Nick Bosa when the San Francisco 49ers take the field today against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The rookie defensive end will finally make his NFL debut, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.


Bosa is returning from an ankle injury that forced the pass rusher to miss most of training camp and the entire preseason.

Also expected to play are Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans and linebacker Devin White, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Both were dealing with the flu leading up to the game.


The 49ers and Buccaneers kick off at 1:25 p.m. PT (4:25 p.m. ET) from Raymond James Stadium.

The San Francisco 49ers announced that the team has activated made the following roster moves ahead of its matchup on Sunday night against the Los Angeles Rams. WR Richie James activated from injured reserve DL Darrion Daniels and WR Kevin White activated from the team's practice squad Daniels and White are being "flexed" to the active roster and will revert back to the practice after Sunday's game. James sustained a hamstring injury during the 49ers' Week 1 contest against the Arizona Cardinals. That was after suffering a broken wrist in June.
