Bosa is returning from an ankle injury that forced the pass rusher to miss most of training camp and the entire preseason.
Also expected to play are Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans and linebacker Devin White, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. Both were dealing with the flu leading up to the game.
Bucs' WR Mike Evans and LB Devin White, both listed as questionable for today with an illness, will play against the 49ers, per sources.
