The San Francisco 49ers have yet to officially announce the date for their local pro day, but we know two prospects who will be in attendance. Former Murray State quarterback Drew Anderson and former San Diego cornerback Arrion Archie plan to work out for 49ers coaches and staff, according to NFL Draft Diamonds.
The 49ers hosted 50 players during their pro day in 2018 and 43 the year before.
Anderson, who is best known for his time with Buffalo before transferring to Murray State, will also attend the Oakland Raiders pro day.
"My favorite team was the Raiders," Murray told NFL Draft Diamonds last year. "My dad is a Raiders fan, so I was sort of born into a Raiders household."
Anderson, 6-4, jumped on NFL radars when he passed for 597 yards with seven scores in a 71-68 overtime loss to Western Michigan in 2017 while with the Bulls. He completed 62.3 percent of his passes for 1,039 yards with 10 touchdowns and an interception through four games with Buffalo in 2017.
Anderson also spent time at San Diego State and Diablo State.
