That didn't last long. The Buffalo Bills have reportedly ended trade talks for Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown after Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Thursday night that a deal was imminent.
Brown quickly called the report "fake news" via a comment on Instagram.

Now, the Steelers find themselves searching for another trade partner. Several teams reportedly exited trade talks before things with Buffalo heated up on Thursday.
Update from the #Bills on the Antonio Brown: After intense talks that went into last night, and almost getting there on trade compensation, Buffalo says they are out. The #Steelers now must find another suitor.

The Steelers had hoped to have the Brown situation resolved by Friday but now need another interested team to step up and meet their demands.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch told reporters last week that the San Francisco 49ers have not reached out to the Steelers regarding the disgruntled wide receiver, leaving many to believe the team is uninterested.
"I think we're always open to bringing really good football players in," Lynch said last week when asked about the possibility of adding a player like Brown or Odell Beckham Jr. "We discuss everything when you're talking about players like that, and I'll leave it at that."
