Kittle finished the season with 88 receptions, the most by a TE in a single season in franchise history. His reception total was the most in a single season by a member of the 49ers since WR Terrell Owens finished with 100 receptions in 2002.

Kittle registered 100-or-more reception yards for the fourth time this season, the most 100-yard games by a TE in a single-season in franchise history. It also marked the first time a member of the 49ers has registered four games of 100-or-more reception yards since WR Michael Crabtree did so in 2012.
Kittle finished the season with six games of 90-or-more yards, setting the franchise record by a TE with 90-or-more reception yards in a game in a single season.
Kittle finished the season with an NFL-leading 870 yards after the catch, according to the 49ers. That total is the most by any player in a single season since 2010. Pro Football Focus has his yards after the catch total at 873, a slighly better mark than the NFL's number.

QB Nick Mullens completed 23 of 33 pass attempts for 282 yards with three touchdowns against the Rams. He has become the first 49ers QB to register 220-or-more passing yards in eight consecutive games since QB Joe Montana did so in nine consecutive games from December 9, 1985, to December 7, 1986.

RB Alfred Morris registered 16 carries for a season-high 111 yards and one touchdown, including a season-long 51-yard run. His 51-yard run was the second-longest of his career (70 vs. LAR on 10/1/17). His one-yard touchdown run marked his second of the season and 34th of his career.
