San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Marquise Goodwin is a fan favorite. He's the type of player and role model you can't help but root for. NFL Originals recently shared Goodwin's emotional story, looking at his family life, the journey of he and his wife, and the tragedy that struck the couple last year.

Goodwin and Shanahan also take you back nearly a year to November 12, 2017. The receiver scored his first touchdown of the season following the tragic overnight events that preceded the game. It was also the team's first victory of the season.
