The list of players worked out on Tuesday by the San Francisco 49ers just keeps growing, and it hasn't been limited to quarterbacks.
The 49ers have worked out the following players, according to various reports from the media. While most have already been reported, there are a few new names to add to the list.
To make things easier, this list will be updated if more players become known.

Kyle Allen (undrafted rookie) - A new name on the list as reported by NFL insider Adam Caplan of Sirius XM. He played college football at Houston and was signed by the Carolina Panthers following the draft and then released on September 10.
Kellen Clemens (San Diego and Los Angeles Chargers)
Landry Jones (Pittsburgh Steelers)
EJ Manuel (Buffalo Bills, Oakland Raiders) - Another new name on the list. He spent his first four NFL seasons in Buffalo and last year with Oakland. Manuel was released on September 1 after the Raiders traded for AJ McCarron.
Tom Savage (Houston Texans)
Matt Simms (Atlanta Falcons)
T.J. Yates (Houston Texans)
Safeties
Kelcie McCray (Seattle Seahawks)
Eddie Pleasant (Houston Texans) - A new name on the list. He spent six seasons in Houston after the Texans signed him as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon in 2012.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan wasn't joking when he said the 49ers would be working out several players on Tuesday.
The 49ers also have a vacancy on the practice squad after the Houston Texans signed defensive end Daeshon Hall to their active roster.
