Clinging onto a four-point lead late in the fourth quarter, the San Francisco 49ers were simply looking to get a first down and continue running out the clock against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Running back Matt Breida had other plans and didn't settle for just a first down.
On 3rd-and-8, Breida ran to the left and raced 30 yards for a touchdown to extend San Francisco's lead to 44-33 and seal the team's fifth win of the season, fourth in a row, and quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo's sixth-straight as a starter.
