Early in the fourth quarter, 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo tossed his second touchdown of the game, this time to wide receiver Trent Taylor on a five-yard completion. The 13-play, 86-yard scoring drive put the 49ers up 30-16.

Shortly after the scoring drive, 49ers rookie cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon intercepted Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles, which was his third pick of the game. The ensuing three-play, 18-yard drive ended with another touchdown – this time by 49ers running back Carlos Hyde – to give San Francisco a 37-19 lead.

Garoppolo has completed 21 of 29 pass attempts for 242 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception.
