The San Francisco 49ers may not have a general manager, but that's apparently not stopping them from making offseason moves. The team has signed former Southern Utah University punter Brock Miller to a reserve/future contract.

Miller (5-11, 190 lbs) himself reported the signing yesterday, but the news stayed off the radar until today. The team also has Bradley Pinion on the roster, who was drafted in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
"Brock is the first Specialist that I've worked with that is truly a team captain," said his former college coach Ed Lamb. "Always with a great attitude and superior work-ethic. I am confident Brock will be successful in all of his future endeavors."
In 2013, Miller punter 79 times averaging 43.4 yards per attempt. Miller also has a little experience kicking field goals.
