The roster moves get the 49ers down to the required 75-player limit, which all teams needed to meet by Tuesday at 1 PM PT.
The 49ers had already released the following players:
TE Busta Anderson
WR DiAndre Campbell
RB Kendall Gaskins
DT Darren Lake
K John Lunsford
LB Wynton McManis
OG Blake Muir
OT Erik Pears
OG Ian Silberman
WR Jerome Simpson
CB Cleveland Wallace
WR Eric Rogers was placed on injured reserve this past weekend and CB Kenneth Acker was traded to the Kansas City Chiefs for a seventh-round draft pick in 2018.
The 49ers also traded OG Brandon Thomas to the Detroit Lions for WR Jeremy Kerley, but that move obviously did not subtract from the team's roster total.
