On Thursday night, the NFL released the complete schedule for the 2016 regular season. For 49ers fans, it means that the dates and times for every San Francisco game is now known and they can begin planning their football watching schedule.

The 49ers will open up the season at home against the Los Angeles Rams as part of a Monday Night Football doubleheader. Then they will head on the road to face the defending NFC Champion Carolina Panthers.

The 49ers have a Thursday night game during week 5 against the Arizona Cardinals at Levi's Stadium, play on Christmas Eve in Los Angeles against the Rams, and will finish the 2016 season at home against the division rival Seattle Seahawks.
