It has been confirmed by Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area that Bowman's head is being checked and evaluated for a possible concussion. He is questionable to return against the Bears.
Gerald Hodges and Nick Bellore have replaced Bowman and Michael Wilhoite, who left the game earlier.
