It is possible that there is some concern that he suffered a concussion, but the team's expert in that area was likely in the locker room checking on TE Vance McDonald for the same thing.
Bowman was later taken into the locker room.
Update:
It has been confirmed by Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area that Bowman's head is being checked and evaluated for a possible concussion. He is questionable to return against the Bears.
Gerald Hodges and Nick Bellore have replaced Bowman and Michael Wilhoite, who left the game earlier.
