Dorsey and Lloyd will be free to negotiate with any other team until April 21st. The 49ers will have the right to match any offer from another team. If the 49ers do not match an offer for Dorsey or Lloyd, they will receive draft picks as compensation.
Adams and Hicks will not be able to speak with other teams and may only negotiate with the 49ers.
