Wide receiver Mike Evans did not participate in Wednesday's or Thursday's practice, but he was suited up for Friday's session. Evans played through a rib injury in Week 4, and the 49ers have managed his workload over the past two weeks. He is set to play on Sunday.

Unfortunately, cornerback Upton Stout missed Friday's practice after participating in a limited capacity Thursday, raising questions about his availability for Sunday's game. He is listed as questionable for this weekend.

Defensive lineman Mykel Williams, meanwhile, is on track to be activated from the physically unable to perform (PUP) list. He has completed two weeks of practice as he works his way back from an ACL injury, putting him in position to return to the 49ers' active roster.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan announced that Williams would be activated on Saturday.

Below are Friday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Seahawks, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
